The first parts to go in were the amplifiers. I didn't take near as many pics as I should have during the installation. The mount for the jack was removed from the rear wall and a sheet of MDF was screwed to it. The carpet was reinstalled and the amps mounted. Hindsight always being 20/20, I probably should have replaced the carpet as well. |
In the pic you can see the two amplifiers, the distribution block and the crossovers. That square black box in the middle is the audio interface box for the GlobalStar.
Power was brought to the distribution block with a 15' pull of 4 guage cable from the battery.
The doors were dampened with Dynamat
I got a little carried away making the speaker wires.
