Turned out my choice of tools sucked. What had taken me hours the last time took him about 15 minutes! Look at the dust fly! |
To flatten the front he used an air file.
So here we are 15 minutes later with all the drips and imperfections smoothed out and the corners rounded out almost to perfection.
