Next came the bondo. He spread it on quite a bit thicker than I would have thought to do. |
Turns out that bondo cures really fast (note that the sub was built before the viser) and we were sanding it 20 minutes later. Again, he used the air file (I gotta get one of these) to hog off the worst of it and then hand sanded for the final finish.
