When drilling the holes this time, I used the cover from a CD spindle to keep the cutting fluid from flying all over.
For the 120mm exhaust, I put nut rivets in the mounting holes.
For a slightly different look, I decided I wanted the fan grills oriented as a cross instead of the usual X so the fans were mounted "crooked". The lower intake is to put air across the RAID card's RISC processor and the motherboard's northbridge. The upper fan is for the RDRAM and CPU.
